Thea has been the responsible manager of the entire nursing staff at Inova since 2016 and handles all relevant issues in surrogacy. As a graduate of the School of Medicine in Tbilisi and the Nursing Course at USAIDI, she served during her professional years in a wide variety of positions as Head of the Department of Nursing and Head of the Department of Embryology and Gynecology.
